V roce 1997, t\u0159i roky potom, co slo\u017eil zkou\u0161ku na 8.dan<em> iaid\u00f3<\/em>, tak pro\u017eil prvn\u00ed zku\u0161enost ze ZENem a zenovou meditac\u00ed<em> zazen&nbsp;<\/em>(konkr\u00e9tn\u011b&nbsp;zenov\u00fdm cvi\u010den\u00edm&nbsp;&nbsp;<em>\u0161ikantaza<\/em>&nbsp; \u53ea\u7ba1 \u6253 \u5ea7&nbsp;( &#8222;jen spr\u00e1vn\u011b sed\u011bt&#8220;)&nbsp; &#8211;&nbsp; soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed se v my\u0161len\u00ed na spr\u00e1vnou pozici sezen\u00ed a d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed bez jak\u00fdchkoliv dal\u0161\u00edch c\u00edl\u016f, d\u011blat jen toto ). Svou zku\u0161enost popsal o\u010dima n\u011bkoho, kdo dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta cvi\u010d\u00ed <em>iaid\u00f3 <\/em>a v n\u011bm dos\u00e1hl mistrovstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Pokus\u00edm se obsah velmi stru\u010dn\u011b p\u0159evypr\u00e1v\u011bt.<\/p>\n<p>Pan u\u010ditel Eura Kazunori se rozhodl v chr\u00e1mu \u00fa\u010dastnit t\u0159\u00eddenn\u00edho tr\u00e9ninku zenov\u00e9 meditace. Pozice <em>zazenu<\/em>&nbsp;mu zp\u016fsobovala bolest, proud my\u0161lenek a tu\u017eeb, kter\u00e9 ho odv\u00e1d\u011bly od soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed se a od pozornosti na spr\u00e1vnou pozici sezen\u00ed a dechu. Soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00edm se na dlouh\u00e9 b\u0159i\u0161n\u00ed d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed metodou po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed dech\u016f m\u00edsto na bolest ze sezen\u00ed zjistil, \u017ee intenzivn\u011bji vn\u00edm\u00e1 okol\u00ed a jeho my\u0161len\u00ed se st\u00e1v\u00e1 m\u00e9n\u011b sobeck\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e pan u\u010ditel Eura Kazunori vyu\u010duje <em>iaid\u00f3<\/em>, tak r\u00e1d nen\u00e1padn\u011b nech\u00e1v\u00e1 cvi\u010d\u00edc\u00ed tr\u00e9novat a uskute\u010d\u0148ovat stav <em>mu\u0161in&nbsp;<\/em>(pr\u00e1zdn\u00e1 mysl &#8211;&nbsp; \u0161in nen\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed, ale srdce a do angli\u010dtiny u\u017e se p\u0159ekl\u00e1d\u00e1 jenom jako mind, i kdy\u017e pro Japonce zahrnuje oboj\u00ed: mysl (my\u0161lenky) i srdce (emoce)), kdy \u010dlov\u011bk l\u00e9pe reaguje na podn\u011bty a nenech\u00e1 se vykolejit. Cvi\u010den\u00ed <em>zazenu<\/em>&nbsp;podobn\u011b jako rozv\u00edjen\u00ed schopnosti soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed a navozov\u00e1n\u00ed stavu <em>mu\u0161in<\/em> v <em>iaid\u00f3<\/em>&nbsp;m\u016f\u017ee dosp\u011bt do pob\u00fdv\u00e1n\u00ed ve stavu <em>sam\u00e1dhi<\/em> (stav nedualistick\u00e9ho v\u011bdom\u00ed \u2013 v\u011bdom\u00ed, kdy je vlastn\u00ed j\u00e1 rozpu\u0161t\u011bno, tud\u00ed\u017e nic neanalyzuje, neporovn\u00e1v\u00e1, nehodnot\u00ed a okoln\u00ed d\u011bn\u00ed je vn\u00edm\u00e1no tak, jak\u00e9 je ve skute\u010dnosti \u2013 nefiltrovan\u00e9 \u010di nep\u0159elo\u017een\u00e9 na\u0161\u00edm analytick\u00fdm my\u0161len\u00edm, bez poznamen\u00e1n\u00edm zku\u0161enost\u00ed z minulosti ani p\u0159edstavou budoucnosti, neboli jednoduch\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed okoln\u00edho d\u011bn\u00ed tak, jak se uskute\u010d\u0148uje tady a te\u010f, co\u017e b\u00fdv\u00e1 ozna\u010dov\u00e1no jako dokonal\u00fd stav).<\/p>\n<p>Cvi\u010den\u00edm je mo\u017eno zvy\u0161ovat schopnost vstupovat do stavu <em>sam\u00e1dhi. Z<\/em>at\u00edmco ten, kdo necvi\u010d\u00ed, tak p\u0159i stejn\u00fdch situac\u00edch v \u017eivot\u011b m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee, jeliko\u017e se snadno rozpt\u00fdl\u00ed a v d\u016fsledku toho ztr\u00e1c\u00ed sv\u00e9 soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed a zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na to, co pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u011bl\u00e1. Cvi\u010den\u00edm <em>iaid\u00f3<\/em> i prost\u00fdm sezen\u00edm v <em>zazenu<\/em> soust\u0159e\u010fujeme\/umis\u0165ujeme dech do <em>tandenu<\/em> pomoc\u00ed dlouh\u00e9ho b\u0159i\u0161n\u00edho d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed. Ve v\u00fdsledku to m\u00e1 na psychiku za n\u00e1sledek, \u017ee je mo\u017en\u00e9 se pln\u011b v\u011bnovat aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010dinnosti bez vedlej\u0161\u00edch \u010di zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00edc\u00edch my\u0161lenek a t\u00edm citliv\u011bji vn\u00edm\u00e1me a reagujeme na podn\u011bty kolem sebe. Meditace zp\u016fsobuje zm\u011bnu v\u011bdom\u00ed. Na rozd\u00edl od sp\u00e1nku je v\u011bdom\u00ed aktivn\u00ed. Obecn\u011b bychom nem\u011bli si na cokoli zvykat, m\u00edsto toho udr\u017eovat mozkovou aktivitu aktivn\u00ed a \u010derstvou\/pozornou (jako by jsme tu \u010di onu v\u011bc d\u011blali poprv\u00e9 s plnou pozornost\u00ed). To v mnoha ohledech&nbsp;usnadnilo jeho ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed iaid\u00f3. Tuto zku\u0161enost odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed n\u00e1pis&nbsp;<em>\u811a\u4e0b\u7167\u9867 Kjakka-\u0161\u014dk\u014d<\/em>&nbsp;( doslova &#8222;d\u00edvej se pod nohy&#8220; nebo &#8222;pozor kam \u0161lape\u0161&#8220;, p\u0159enesen\u011b asi nejl\u00edp: Soust\u0159e\u010f se s\u00e1m na sebe), kter\u00fd&nbsp;pan u\u010ditel Eura Kazunori vid\u011bl p\u0159i vstupu do kl\u00e1\u0161tera cestou na cvi\u010den\u00ed zazenu.<\/p>\n<p>Zenovou zku\u0161enost s pln\u00fdm pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159\u00edtomnosti \u201etady a te\u010f\u201c popisuje ve vztahu s cvi\u010den\u00edm technik <em>iaid\u00f3<\/em> proti <em>kas\u00f3tekimu <\/em>(st\u00ednov\u00fd protivn\u00edk p\u0159edstavou n\u00e1mi vytvo\u0159en\u00fd p\u0159i cvi\u010den\u00ed technik). Kdy\u017e \u010del\u00edme protivn\u00edkovi a tneme jej s <em>kikentaii\u010di<\/em> ( energiet\u011blome\u010d se spoj\u00ed v jeden celek \u2013 sjednot\u00ed se ), tak my\u0161len\u00ed nekol\u00eds\u00e1 \u2013 zt\u011bles\u0148uje <em>fud\u00f3\u0161in<\/em> (nehybn\u00e1 mysl).<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1v\u011brem zmi\u0148uje, \u017ee je to v\u0161e snadn\u00e9 \u0159\u00edct, ale nesm\u00edrn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 to skute\u010dn\u011b ud\u011blat. Pokl\u00e1d\u00e1 ot\u00e1zku, zda i filozofie <em>iaid\u00f3<\/em> zt\u011bles\u0148uje v\u00fdraz <em>Kjakka-\u0161\u014dk\u014d<\/em>, co\u017e by v <em>iaid\u00f3<\/em> mohlo znamenat, uv\u011bdomovat si, co se kolem d\u011bje a jako lidsk\u00e1 bytost neztratit soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00ed na vlastn\u00ed cestu. T\u00edm, \u017ee p\u0159i cvi\u010den\u00ed <em>zazenu<\/em> zakusil bolest a zoufalstv\u00ed, tak v\u00ed, jak je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 z\u016fstat soust\u0159ed\u011bn\u00fd, tak objevil pro sebe nov\u00fd druh v\u011bdom\u00ed. V\u011b\u0159\u00ed, \u017ee dostane dal\u0161\u00ed \u0161anci se ZENem.<\/p>\n<p>P\u016fvodn\u00ed anglick\u00fd \u010dl\u00e1nek jsem tak\u00e9 na\u0161el voln\u011b p\u0159\u00edstupn\u00fd na webu a je mo\u017en\u00e9 jej st\u00e1hnout na odkazu n\u00ed\u017ee.
